In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, Tyler's wife, Catelynn Lowell, asked him, "Do you even know how your dad is doing?"
While shaking his head and holding their newborn daughter, Vaeda, he replied, "Not really, no."
In a different scene, Tyler's sister, Amber, dropped a major bombshell.

"Last week he tested positive for cocaine," she claimed.
As fans watched on previous seasons, Butch struggled over the years with addiction. On one episode, he checked himself into a rehab center for months in Texas. At the time, Amber was also seeking help.
In January 2019, Tyler gushed over his dad and sister's sobriety, most likely before the scene was filmed. “After seeing these two at their lowest & now seeing them sober & steadily climbing, I just can’t say enough how proud I am of both of them!” he wrote on Instagram.
