Tyler Baltierra is afraid to show his emotions. The Teen Mom OG dad broke down in a heartbreaking Instagram video talking about how he handles crying infront of his daughter with Catelynn Lowell.

"Seriously...this is literally the worst part of Cate not being here. I have to have this conversation with her almost everyday. This is the stuff nobody understands. Crying in the dark has become part of the norm for me now it feels like," he wrote on a Snapchat video.

The video was of Tyler in the car with their daughter, Novalee, and the two are discussing Cate.

The 3-year-old says that she loves her mommy and mentioned how the two talked on the phone.

After the Snapchat video, Tyler shared a video discussing how he tries to handle the situation with their daughter. "I was about to delete this post...then I thought about it more deeply. If I can at least connect with one person through this & let them know that they aren’t alone in their struggles. It will make being vulnerable worth it #KeepFighting #KeepTalkingMH," he wrote.

On January 17th, Catelynn entered treatment for the third time for a six week program.
