Tyler Baltierra is sticking to his weight loss goals! After losing 40 pounds, the Teen Mom OG dad showed off his newly buff bod with a sexy pic on Instagram.
Tyler posted this black and white selfie. He captioned it, “We can’t change people’s behaviors or what they do. We can only change how we react to what they do with our behavior.”
He continued, “A little section of one of my poems about accountability...which reminded me to appreciate the progress I’ve made by holding MYSELF accountable for my own personal struggles & conquering them!”

Tyler has been open with fans about his weight loss process and revealed in July he’d lost 40 pounds after revamping his diet and working out more.
Clearly, his wife Catelynn Lowell is a fan of his work. She commented on the pic, “That’s my sexy man!!!! #hottie .”
