Utah Doctor Sues Gwyneth Paltrow For An Alleged Hit-And-Run Ski Accident

Utah physician Terry Sanderson is suing Gwyneth Paltrow for an alleged ski accident that occurred in February 2016. He claimed that the incident was a hit-and-run and she crashed into while skiing in Park City, Utah.
In court documents acquired by one of Utah's local news networks, KUTV, Terry alleged that she “was skiing out of control” at the Deer Valley Resort.
The doctor is asking for $3.1 million worth of damages from the Oscar-winning actress.
The documents stated that Terry suffered a brain injury and four broken ribs following the crash.

He added in the lawsuit that she “got up, turned and skied away, leaving him stunned, lying in the snow, seriously injured.”
Gwyneth's skiing instructor claimed that Terry caused the crash. But Terry argued that the trainer didn't see the incident.
