PHOTOS'Very Cavallari' Star Reveals Anxiety Battle — 'It Really Has Been Tough'

One of the breakout stars from the E! reality show Very Cavallari just revealed that she's experiencing a major battle with anxiety for the first time in her life.
It isn't the show's titular star Kristin Cavallari. The only thing she's suffered from as of recent was a nip slip at an awards show in Toronto last month.
It would make sense if it was Kristin, though, as she had a major meltdown on the Very Cavallari season finale.
Turns out it's South Carolina native Shannon Ford. She was one of the many employees working at Kristin's flagship store in Nashville called Uncommon James.
She spoke about her battle with anxiety on her Instagram account Sunday night. "Lately I’ve experienced anxiety for the first time and it really has been tough," she admitted.
She has, however, figured out a solution when dealing with this sort of stress. "Things I found that help it are: hot tea & looking at yourself in the mirror while saying “I’m one BAD b***h” until u feel better or someone else walks in."
