A very pregnant Christina Anstead was spotted getting in a morning run with her pooch in Newport Beach, California on Saturday, July 20.
The Flip or Flip star's baby bump was on full display.
Christina, 36, wore a grey top and leggings for the morning workout.
She jammed to some tunes while strolling along with her pup.

Her growing belly was first seen at the supermarket on Friday, March 22, the same day she announced her pregnancy.
Christina and her husband Ant are expecting their first child together.
The couple got married at their Californian home on December 22, 2018.
She's shared photos of her baby bump progression on Instagram since announcing the joyous baby news.
Christina was previously married to her Flip or Flop costar Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018. They share two children together.
