Vicki appeared on Monday night's Watch What Happens Live alongside actress Leslie Grossman shortly after the latest RHOC episode aired.
Host Andy Cohen stirred up some trouble when he brought up a remark that Kelly made during the 2018 Real Housewives Awards last week.
Andy asked Kelly and RHOD star Brandi Redmond who would be their first patient if they were a shrink. Kelly responded with, "I would say Vicki Gunvalson needs to go see a shrink. She has a personality/sociopath that doesn't have any empathy for people."

Her words left Vicki stunned. "I didn't hear that, wow I'm shocked. All I have is sympathy for people." The "OG of the OC" then followed that up with "She knows me... that was just rude."
Looks like all is not that great in Vicki and Kelly world, even though the former said on WWHL that they hung out and went to dinner after they taped the season 13 reunion recently.
