When the former Spice Girl took the stage at E!'s People's Choice Awards on November 11 to claim her "Fashion Icon Award" and only attributed a small amount of her success to her husband at the end of the speech, it became apparent that something was going on.
An OK! insider claims that the couple is barreling headfirst toward a $1.2 billion divorce, and a huge part of the couple's issues has to do with David's recent remarks regarding their marriage.
The former professional soccer player recently revealed that his marriage is "hard work" and "complicated," and apparently, "Victoria was in tears over David's harsh words," according to a source.

The fashion designer seems to have had enough. "The will to save her crumbling marriage seems to have deserted her. This has clearly been a long time coming," said an insider.
