Days after being photographed while riding a scooter around Walmart and after a scheduled hiatus, Wendy Williams returned to her talk show. Through tears, the host finally explained the bizarre store visit to her audience.

During her “Hot Topics” segment, Wendy gave a shout out to the Walmart before revealing that she and a few members of her sober house were getting supplies and gearing up for a camping trip.

She also shared that she and her sober companions all have similar stories —they are all her age and have prestigious careers.

As she sat on her armchair and addressed the audience, she dropped a few photos from the camping trip on the screen behind her. She included pictures of herself posing with a gun and riding an ATV.

The New Jersey native’s Walmart trip comes weeks after her alleged relapse. According to sources, Wendy was rushed to the hospital to sober up after her team found her intoxicated.

In addition to the alleged relapse, sources also claim that Wendy’s husband, Kevin Hunter, now shares a child with his mistress, Sharina Hudson. Page Six reported Sharina gave birth at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia on March 25.
