Leah Messer is asking for prayers! The Teen Mom 2 star shared some heartbreaking photos of her hometown following the tragic storm in West Virginia.
The mother-of-three has been tweeting since the storm occurred last week updating those on the damages. "Please keep everyone in my hometown in your prayers!! There are still families trapped in their home waiting for rescue! #GodBlessThem," she tweeted.
According to ABC News, the storm left 23 dead and many without homes.

As fans may know, Leah announced that she purchased a new home to share with her girls, Ali, Aleeah, and Addie.
However, the storm has left Leah unable to move.
Leah has also been using social media as a way to inform people of ways they are able to help out during this time of need!
