It’s been 22 years since Will Smith moved out of his fictional Bel-Air home on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air—and subsequently catapulted to become a major movie star. Now the actor has reconnected with his old hood, by way of an epic reunion with co-star Alfonso Ribeiro. Read on for the latest!
Will and Alfonso played cousins Will Smith and Carlton Banks on the hit series, which took its final bow in 1996.
Though the two characters were always going to head to head on the show, apparently Will and Alfonso had the very best of relationships.
So much so that they’ve remained friends all this time, as indicated in Will’s latest Instagram post.
The 49-year-old megastar snapped a selfie with his old pal after an afternoon of golfing. He captioned this lovable post, “One of my favorite people on this Whole Damn Rock!! @therealalfonsoribeiro.”
Similarly, Alfonso shared the pic on his own instagram, captioning it, “Had a great time this morning playing with my boy @willsmith.”
