Demi Lovato is receiving treatment in Utah as she recovers from her nearly fatal July overdose, and one person is making sure she’s getting the extra support she needs: her ex-boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama.
During the weekend of September 15, Wilmer was spotted visiting Demi in the Salt Lake City area. The NCIS actor has reportedly "put his life on hold" for his ex.
That Sunday, September 16, Wilmer was seen on a flight from Salt Lake to Los Angeles, an insider told RadarOnline.com.
Demi has been keeping a low profile in Utah, where she is enrolled in a rehab program.

However, she has been spotted at a local coffee shop. “She seemed happy to be out getting fresh air,” a barista told RadarOnline.com. “The other day, she sat alone for like 30 minutes staring out the window. But it looked like she was hopeful and in good spirits.”
Demi and Wilmer dated for six years before splitting up in 2016. After Demi overdosed on July 24, Wilmer rushed to the ER at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Hospital the very next day to be by her side.
