The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star didn’t bother with a bra while heading out for Fashion Week in her near-naked ensemble.
The ex model clearly still has her confidence and seems to be doing just fine despite her woeful Lyme disease posts.

On RHOBH, Yolanda has her breast implants removed after they ruptured due to Lyme disease and documented the surgery.
In late August, Foster also underwent transvascular autonomic modulation surgery to relieve some symptoms from the illness, but has been back on her feet to support her daughters during NYFW.
