From Disease To Divorce! Remembering Yolanda Hadid’s Top 10 ‘RHOBH’ Moments

Yolanda Hadid revealed that yes, indeed, she quit the hit Bravo show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The former model, 52, wrote, "I am leaving what's over without denying its past importance in my life. I believe that every exit is a new entry.” It’s a bittersweet exit as season six was a very troubling one for Yolanda with the other cast members doubting her Lyme disease. Yolanda’s most shocking moment was when she revealed she and husband, David Foster, were filing for divorce. The most loving couple couldn’t withstand the pressures of disease, family, and financial issues.

During season five, Yolanda treated the other ladies to a trip to her home country of Holland. They explored Amsterdam and biked in the countryside. Yolanda even ran into an old boyfriend!

David and Yolanda hosted a dinner party in season four and she wasn’t the most gracious host. Next to some of the women’s names she drew little hearts and then left others blank. The gesture didn’t go over well with Kyle Richards.

Some RHOBH kids turn out more famous then their parents! Yolanda saw her two daughters, Gigi and Bella, take over the modeling world, and even attended a few fashion shows.

During season six, Yolanda was desperate for a cure to her debilitating Lyme disease. She went in for surgery to remove her leaking silicone breast implants. She also removed all the metal in her mouth from years of dental work in the hopes of finding some relief.

During her divorce, Yolanda and David sold their sprawling, lavish Malibu estate for $19,450,000. It included a lemon tree garden, pool, water views, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms. RIP to her open concept fridge!

Turning a negative into a positive! Yolanda wrote her first book to be published in February 2017, which documents her health and life journey. It’s called Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease.

Fans saw Yolanda defend herself in season six from gossip and lies. She battled Lisa Rinna over claims her Lyme disease was fake and that she was suffering from Munchausen’s syndrome instead.

Lisa Vanderpump was also in Yolanda’s line of fire. She questioned whether or not Yolanda was telling the truth about Bella and Anwar being diagnosed with Lyme. Yolanda showed up to lunch with medical documents to prove Lisa wrong!

Yolanda did have a special moment in season six when she received an award from the Global Lyme Alliance for her advocacy work.
