‘Young And The Restless’ Fans Furious After Show Fails To Promptly Respond To Kristoff St. John’s Death

Fans of The Young and the Restless are speaking out over their frustrations that the show didn’t respond to former star Kristoff St. John’s death immediately. Read on for all the details.
The Y&R Twitter account posted a clip from their latest show right around the time news broke about Kristoff’s death on Monday morning, February 4.
“This is the first thing you post on the day one of your legendary fan favorites during a nearly 30 year run on your show dies?!?!,” one user blasted. “Shame on you and this show.”
“I really expected a statement or condolences to the St. John family first thing this morning,” another wrote. “RIP Kristoff.”

Y&R’s Instagram account last posted on Sunday, February 3 in relation to the Super Bowl. Kristoff was featured in the footage.
Kristoff died the same day. He was 52 years old.
One of Kristoff’s friends reportedly went to check on him at his home in San Fernando Valley, where they found his body. Police and paramedics were alerted and responded. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The LAPD confirmed his death on Monday, February 4.
