Teen Mom OG has come to an end, but the drama isn't stopping! The latest season of the hit MTV show has had breakups, family fights, drug addictions and more.
Maci Bookout came face-to-face with her ex Ryan Edwards' new wife, Mackenzie Standifer, just days after it was reported he entered a rehab center for substance abuse.
Before Mackenzie arrived on stage with Dr. Drew, Maci explained she felt very conflicted about speaking to Mackenzie since it wasn't her place. Mackenzie explained she found out abut Ryan's addiction after discovering a few things and admitting she "left" him.
Mackenzie also explained she only knew about Ryan's struggles for two days before he entered treatment and accused Maci of "enabling" his addiction. Ryan's new wife blasted Maci for "exploiting" his addiction on the show rather than discussing it with her or his parents. At one point, she stormed off stage because Maci found an "open letter" that she wrote "ridiculous."
Amber Portwood and her on-again, off-again fiancé Matt Baier didn't come face-to-face, but they did hash out their issues via phone. On the season finale of the show, Matt took a lie detector test to prove to her he has been loyal throughout their relationship, but failed certain questions during the test.

She was left furious over him "isolating" her from her family and also taking money out of their bank accounts. When she attempted at discussing their issue regarding the missing money, he became angry at her for trying to talk about it on the show.
Matt claims they have had a rough "couple of months," but Amber fired back that it's been a rough couple of "years." She told him he needs to "change" if he wants to stay together.
Gary Shirley and his wife, Kristina, joined Amber on stage to discuss their family dynamic and his relationship with Matt. Despite having a rough couple of years, Amber and Matt are on good terms for the sake of her daughter with Gary, Leah.
