Should Amber Portwood be worried?

In a heartbreaking sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, Amber's daughter, Leah, is torn. After the 7-year-old is picked up by her dad, Amber's ex, Gary Shirley, the two start talking about if she ever feels like she's not special. "Do you miss mommy?," Gary asked Leah, to which she replied, "Yeah."

Gary started to express his concern about Leah's feelings asking if she likes to go over to Amber and her boyfriend, Matt Baier's home and she replied with an unsure answer.  "I just want you to know that if you ever felt left out, with Emily, and you don't feel special you can always talk to me and let me know," he told her. He explained that he attempts at doing more things that she enjoys doing, such as the movies, and she fired back at him, "things that I like to do is wake up early, maybe that is something you should do!"
