In a shocking new clip for Teen Mom OG, Catelynn Lowell opens up about her rehab stay and how she has been after her release during a conversation with Tyler's mother, Kim.
"Have you seen any difference in Cate at all since she has been back?," Kim asks her son who quietly replies "yeah." Cate admits to Kim that her 30 day rehab stay was helpful and she "learned a lot." She added, "I haven't had a trigger yet really."

Kim asks her if she has been smoking since returning home, however, she declined to answer in front of the cameras. Kim, completely in shock, looks over at Tyler who seems to be unsure of the situation. She asks him if he is "strong" enough to watch Cate do what she's "not suppose to be doing." He fires back, "I have to keep my mouth shut. She's responsible for her and I'm responsible for me."
