We have to be blunt—we love Kelly Osbourne's new bangs! The star is known for taking risks with her hair and this beauty look get's an A+ in our book. Kelly took to Instagram today to debut her new locks and said, "Just cut a fringe aka bangs what do you guys think? I love them!!!" We couldn't agree more Kelly!
