Jess just debuted a new cut the other day and it seems she's the latest celeb to get banged. The actress was spotted shopping with daughter Honor for her 5th birthday at the Westfield Mall in Century City and she was rocking some side-swept fringe (with an amaze hot pink leather jacket I might add).
