The Fashion Police cast now holds two celebrity designers. According to Us Weekly, Kelly Osbourne is venturing into the industry with plans to create a plus-size fashion collection. Considering her segment with Joan Rivers and Giuliana Rancic, and George Kotsiopoulosis is all about dissecting style, we're sure she'll present a lovely line.

Us Weekly reports that during a beauty conference in August, Kelly admitted that her designing plans are actually happening and that she will have "creative control." That means it won't just be Kelly's name to the garment of her choosing.
