OK! Look of the Day: Chelsea Kane's Boucle Dress at the Safe Haven Premiere

ABC Family star Chelsea Kane wore new designer Alexa von Canisius’s “Charlotte” dress to the star-studded Safe Haven premiere in Hollywood last night. The white and midnight blue metallic boucle material is gorgeous and the cut fits her perfectly, plus how awesome are those spiked nude platforms?! We're having major shoe jealousy over here.
