Giuliana hosted this year's competition and had not one, but three wardrobe changes, but I was especially digging this dress. LIVING for the color and cut on her, and the draped panel and embellishments in the front. Miss Connecticut actually took home the title for Miss USA (YAY CT! I'm from there so I have to show the love), but G could have given the girls a run for their money during the eveningwear portion of the night.
