Haters are gonna hate, but I'm LIVING for Bey's new 'do. At first, the super-short pixie seemed a bit aggressive to some, but now that it's become a graduated bob, I'm on board. She's sort of giving us early Posh Spice here and there's nothing wrong with that.

ESP when she's rocking a Cavalli number with the new 'do. Beyoncé just posted this pic on her "I Am" Tumblr account and in it she's sporting a pretty major Roberto Cavalli dress. Not only is the abstract print working, but the fitted shape and flattering, peach hue mixed with splashes of white, blue, and green—soooo good.
