I always love me some Rachel Bilson and it's nice to see her back in action on the red carpet while promoting her new flick, The To Do List, which btw I can't WAIT to see. This dress is so pretty with the floral and peplum detailing and she always does the best slightly smoky eye, but I love the switch up and new, more exaggerated cat-eye she was rocking instead. #GorgeousAward
