Vodka, caviar and Russia?
Za vashe zdorovie! Three likes have turned into an OK! Loves thanks to my discovery of Red Square, the coolest new Las Vegas restaurant that's located at Mandalay Bay!

The giant statue of a headless Lenin standing guard at the door is nice, as is the restaurant's interior with its appropriately red-hued lighting and Ice Bar's countertop made of—you guessed it—ice.
But two words take Red Square to the next level: Vodka Vault. Guests who want to enter the freezing-cold room must first wrap themselves in fur coats that hang in a closet by the bar.

Sure, the coats are warm, but shots of the premium vodkas that are available do an even better job of keeping you toasty while getting toasted. Oh, and that really is Lenin’s head right below the counter watching everyone get into the spirits of Red Square.

What’s not to love about the Vodka Vault’s staff that can take a picture of guests and then post it directly to Facebook? Well, maybe that part isn’t the best idea since not all memories (or, in some cases, lack of memories) should be shared.
As always, food really helps the vodka go down, and Red Square’s menu doesn’t disappoint.
Corporate Executive Chef Brian Massie has created an incredible vodka-and-caviar pairing menu while Mixologist Mike Monrreal has put his own creative spin on Russia's best-known beverage with an extensive specialty cocktail list that includes drinks like the Moscow Mule and KGB.

And any restaurant that boasts a pizza topped with caviar, in-house smoked salmon and pickled red onions is top-notch in my book.
