Can’t make it to NYC for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week? Don’t worry, OK!’s got you covered! Yesterday we caught Imitation's runway show for a sneak peek at the designer’s Fall 2011 women's collection and we loved every minute of it!
SHOW: Imitation
WHEN: February 13, 2011
OK!'S NYC FASHION WEEK BLOG: VIVIENNE TAM
WHO: Designer Tara Subkoff, Liev Schreiber and son, Chloe Sevigny, Rose McGowan, Natasha Lyonne and Gina Gershon.
FASHION: A tight squeeze gave the Imitation presentation a very intimate feeling. The tall and very blonde models strutted slowly across a white wall walking in a circle as if they were dancing to the beautiful opera music playing loudly in the room. Champagne silks wrapped in belts with gold letters written across started off the collection with an amusing vibe. The color palette and textile choices were soft yet strong and with the well tailored and structured separates the dramatic mix added excitement to the air.
