MASCARA ENHANCES JEN’S BABY BLUES

When it comes to mascara, look no further than basic black, says lash guru Ja’Maal Buster, who’s worked with Rihanna and Fergie. “I love black on everyone,” he says. “It makes eyes pop.” Ja’Maal recommends covering upper and lower lashes with two coats of black mascara. His clumpproof trick: Apply the second coat before the first one dries.
