Travis London's Healthy Chic Eat of the Week!

Travis London is all about eating and living well — the healthy and chic way — and this week, Travis shares his recipe for a sorbet."Even though Valentines day is over, you can still treat your love and friends to a sweet treat with my sinfully surprising sorbet," Travis shares with OK!. "Not only is this dessert low in calories but sorbets are a great way to cleanse the palate between meals."
TRAVIS LONDON'S HEALTHY CHIC EAT OF THE WEEK — LOW CALORIE SOUR CREAM & GORGONZOLA CHEESE DIP
Ingredients
1/2 cup sparkling water
1 cup zero calorie sweetener or sugar alternative
2 cups x rated fusion
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup blackberries, pulsed in blender
6 slices of fresh ginger
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir to make sure all the sugar is dissolved and remove from heat to allow to cool. Once cooled down, place mixture in refrigerator to chill. Once chilled, remove ginger slices and follow the directions of your ice cream maker to make sorbet.
