• I started by applying Jouer Matte Moisture Tint in Linen to Chloe’s skin; dotting Nars Creamy Concealer in Vanilla under her eyes and wherever else needed.

• I brushed on Jouer Mineral Powder Blush in Blossom to the apples of her cheeks for a natural flush of color.

• For her eyes, I created a look using Jouer powder eye shadows. I started by layering Parfait and Amaretto on her lid, from the lash line to the crease. I blended both colors and faded them into the crease. Then I smudged Caviar along her top and bottom lash lines to create definition. I applied two coats of Jouer Everyday Effortless Mascara in Noir to her top and bottom lashes and rimmed the bottom water line of her eyes with Jouer Eye Definer Pencil in Mûre; a shimmering plum.

• I finished Chloe’s look by applying Jouer Hydrating Lipstick in Gigi.
