The rock royalty model jammed out on set with her real-life beau, a drummer for the band Turbogeist (that's their song, "Alien Girl," in the background!). The two picked out sunglass styles for each other and Josh created a graffiti Valentine background for her. So romantic! Her gift to him? A pair of her favorite Ray-Ban's Clubmaster shades, of course.
