When it comes to etiquette, manners and overall good behavior, even celebrities need help navigating the rough waters of stardom! It’s a good thing Countess LuAnn de Lesseps of The Real Housewives of New York City is joining forces with OK! to school them on the right thing to do! In a rough situation, we just ask, “What would the countess do?” This week, the countess chimes in on Miranda Lambert's feud with Chris Brown, and Playmate Claire Sinclair's alleged abuse.
Chris Brown made his first appearance at the Grammys since assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna before the show in 2009. Not only did Chris attend, he performed twice and won an award. Some stars say he should not be forgiven so quickly. It's been three years, so should Chris be forgiven, or are people right to be upset?
If Rihanna can forgive Chris Brown, why can’t other performers give him a second chance as well? He has stayed out of trouble the past three years and he’s made an incredible comeback with his new Grammy-winning album. I can understand how Miranda Lambert, whose parents run a battered women’s shelter, would be upset over Chris’s appearance, but most of us realize that people can and do change for the better, if given a chance.

Playmate Claire Sinclair was allegedly assaulted by boyfriend Marston Hefner, the son of Hugh Hefner. She says she's upset that neither Marston nor Hugh reached out to her after the incident. Should the family support her, or is it understandable that they stand behind Marston?
I can understand how Claire Sinclair is very upset about what happened, but Marston Hefner’s family has every right to stand behind him when he’s accused of a serious crime. Likewise, Claire has every right to press charges and to maintain a restraining order so that she has no contact with Marston. It’s now up to a court of law, not a court of public opinion, to determine if Marston is guilty.
