MTV's most controversial couple, Amber Portwood and Matt Baier, might have pulled their most shocking stunt yet: Baier dropped a major bomb on Instagram Thursday night when he announced he and Portwood were jetting out of town for a Vegas wedding!

Baier posted a photo on Instagram of a sign that said "Going to the Chapel and we're gonna get married," along with a bride and groom emoji.

Wedding news would be a long time coming for the troubled twosome.

They got engaged in November 2014, only to call it off last August amid a series of explosive revelations about Baier's past, including the fact that Baier has nine children from previous relationships.

"Honestly, it was a really hard time in our relationship and cause I didn't approve of anything that he did in his past, but then again I didn't want to base my decision, you know, him 5 to 10 years ago, so we went through a rough patch," Amber told OKMagazine.com exclusively at the time. "We kind of been working through it and we are actually doing a lot better. I think our trust is starting to build again and you know it was really hard."

But she warned, "I do want to get married within the next year."

Could tomorrow really be the big day?

Baier told OK! exclusively, "I'm getting married tomorrow? All we said was we were going to Vegas for a wedding…"

The couple could use some happy news: As Radar reported, Portwood, 25, and Baier, 45, are facing eviction from their new Indiana home after failing to pay rent. Baier was served with a summons on Feburary 9. He's denied that they have any issues.

Story developing.
