Serhant, who rose to stardom as Gotham’s handsomely funny real estate guru on Million Dollar Listing New York, which just premiered to record ratings, and says he plans to juggle both careers: "I love real estate as much as I love acting and I am grateful that I can do both," Serhant, who got engaged last year to longtime girlfriend Emilia Bechrakis.

After garnering rave reviews for his breakout role in While We're Young, Serhant captured the attention of Hollywood and landed a guest starring role alongside Debra Messing on The Mysteries of Laura.

"I play the Tribeca Film Festival director and have a run in with Debra Messing's character Laura on the red carpet,” he dished. "You'll have to tune in to see if I let her in."

Serhant said he loved working with the veteran TV actress: "Debra is an incredible actress, a true professional and incredibly kind."

As Serhant’s star rises though, his feet continue to be planted humbly on the ground.

"I think one of the secrets to happiness is to do what you love and I am grateful every single day for these incredible opportunities,” he said. "I couldn't do it all without my hard working team, and my supportive fiancé Emilia."
