Watch Jordan Ward's '16 and Pregnant' Season Three After Show!

Jordan Ward was the first teen mom to share her story on season three of MTV's 16 and Pregnant. She chatted after the show with MTV about the struggles she faced being a new mom and maintaining her close relationship with her identical twin sister, Jessica.

During the after show, Jordan shared an update on Noah's health (he has a severe case of acid reflux) and revealed that she's moving her family from Missouri to California. Her boyfriend and Noah's father, Brian, has signed on to join the Air Force.

Throughout Jordan's 16 and Pregnant episode, she struggled to balance her relationship with Brian and Jessica.

Has Jessica moved on with her life now that Jordan is moving?

"Yes, she's in culinary school to be a pastry chef," Jordan revealed. "So she's doing that and dating a guy."

And Jordan shared that Jessica and Brian do get along now.

Also in the after show, Jordan talked about her family's reaction to her pregnancy, why adoption was not an option for her, how Brian is as a dad and the biggest surprises of being a mom.
