Bad news for Amanda Bynes! After driving with a suspended license back in September and having her car impounded right in front of her eyes, Amanda has been sentenced to three years probation. Amanda had been driving with a suspended license in the wake of a few reported hit-and-run accidents. Maybe that's why she's been been walking all over NYC!
