In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, Amber had her surgery and admitted that she was scared! "I think when it's all healed and everything, I am going to feel better about myself, I won't have to crash diet anymore and have a little more confidence," she confessed. "Sometime it's not even for anybody, it's just for yourself."

Matt Baier, her boyfriend, admitted to his cousin that the recovery is "harder" than they thought it would be!
