It's as scary time for former Disney actress Ashley Tisdale—she has a stalker on her hands! The crazed fan, who has reportedly sent Ashley a whopping 18,888 tweets since November 2012, even showed up to her house. The Los Angeles Police Department have since been contacted, and they've indentified a possible suspect whom they wish to speak face-to-face with.
