The reality star is said to be planning an extreme body "underhaul" after deciding she wants to "class up" her act. Sources tell OK! magazine exclusively that she's starting her transformation by ditching her massive boob and butt implants.

An insider says, “She knows her huge butt is her trademark, but she really wants to tone it down. She wants to get her butt and breast implants removed and replaced with smaller ones."

The mother-of-one is reportedly fed up with having to get all her clothes fitted to her unique frame. "She wants to be sample size so she can wear classier designer clothes. She’s sick of having to have everything she buys adjusted to fit her proportions. She’s also working out every day for 90 mins toning up the rest of her body – she’s actually become obsessed with Khloe Kardashian’s body – that’s her goal.”
