In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom 2, Briana DeJesus is dealing with the after math of her newborn daughter, Stella, being rushed to the emergency room after her breathing was noticeably different. After learning the results, Briana's little sister Brittany said, "I kind of want to cry, but I'm trying not to."

Stella's father, Luis, wasn't there for the hospital trip and at the moment, Briana said, "I still need to tell him." When Brittany was asked by the producer how she thinks Briana is feeling at the moment she replied, "I know my sister is not okay, I don't even have to ask her, because if I'm not okay, she's not okay. She is trying to stay calm for Roxanne."
