President Jenner? Caitlyn Admits She Would ‘Seriously’ Consider A Run For Office
Caitlyn Jenner is not messing around.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star recently spoke with a crowd at the 92nd Street Y community center in New York City, where she revealed she would have no problem taking on President Donald Trump and the Republican Party if they mess with her “community,” CNN reported.
“My loyalties are not with Donald Trump. I will come after him and come after Republicans if they come after my community,” the 67-year-old said. “I’ve got a voice and they better listen, OK? I will come after them.”
Yikes! Caitlyn means business.
Caitlyn explained that she was once hesitant about a run for office, joking, “I’ve got way too many skeletons in my closet.” But after the Olympic gold medalist came out as transgender in 2015, she’s no longer afraid of taking up the political torch.
“I would seriously look at a run. It just depends where I could be more effective,” she said.
And even though she may feel on the outs with Republicans right now, Caitlyn admitted that due to her beliefs “in something call the Constitution and limited government,” she still leans toward the GOP.
