All the Beliebers out there have reason to believe in a new flick from the solo pop icon! If there's one thing we've learned from Justin it's never to say never. The celeb recently tweeted a message that revealed his involvement in a new movie and the fact that he's working on some new tunes. Could this flick be a Never Say Never part 2? We wouldn't object to another larger-than-life documentary.
