In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, Tyler Baltierra opens up about his wife, Catelynn Lowell's pregnancy. As it was announced on the show, the couple is expecting their third baby girl in early 2019.

The two welcomed their first daughter, Carly, back in 2009 and placed her for adoption while appearing on 16 & Pregnant. The two also share 3-year-old Novalee.
