In a bonus clip for Teen Mom OG, Cate spends quality time with her daughter, Novalee, after she has been struggling to take care of herself following her 30 day stay at rehab for mental illness.
Before she comes outside for their paint party, her father, Dave, and her husband, Tyler Baltierra, have a conversation about her progress. "How is Cate doing," Dave asks him. He replies, "She's doing really good, yeah, she's doing really good. She's engaged with Nova, she's making dinner again."

Despite praising his wife's progress, Tyler still took a dig at her! "I know Cate is a procrastinator," Dave starts to say before Tyler replies, "yeah she is!"
Cate's father expresses his concern for his daughter's health and admits that he doesn't want her to "not follow through" with taking care of herself. Tyler explains, "That's why I have to not be involved in that because I can be responsible for it, that's what her therapist kept telling me."
