In a sneak peek clip at Teen Mom OG: Unseen Moments, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra reveal a major bombshell about the day they went to sign their rights off for their first daughter, Carly. As seen on 16 & Pregnant in 2009, the young couple placed their first daughter up for adoption following her birth.
"When we went to sign off our rights for Carly, Tyler's dad Butch and my mom April were there and they basically told the judge, 'if they want to place this child for adoption, we want to raise her'...and the judge was like 'no,'" Cate explained. "It was, their thinking back then was we keep blood, blood stays with blood. Our families were never touched by adoption."
