In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, the girls are all faced with emotions.

Catelynn Lowell breaks down saying, "She's going to get older and ask questions," during a conversation with her husband, Tyler Baltierra. "What did you think was going to happen?"

Ryan Edwards' wife, Mackenzie, admits, "It's just so hard," with tears in her eyes. Her mother-in-law, Jen, broke down as well saying, "We're all scared."

And Farrah Abraham isn't putting up with anything and said, "No drama!"
