Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are using their platform for a great cause!

In the new trailer released for their spinoff show, Reunited, the adorable married couple are reuniting families! "I feel like if me and you are meant to do something, it's this," Tyler gushed to his wife.

As fans may know, Tyler and Catelynn put their daughter, Carly, up for adoption during their stint on 16 & Pregnant. Over the years, on Teen Mom OG, the two have shown audiences their ups and downs following the adoption process.

In the clip, fans will also see Cate and Tyler work with one young lady and help her reunite with her birth mother.
