Charlize Theron found out the hard way just how hilarious her Gringo co-star David Oyelowo is.

During an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden Thursday, the Atomic Blonde actress revealed that the Selma actor proved his comedic skills to her in a truly memorable way.

While filming Gringo in Mexico, the actors were out to dinner one night, and David wouldn’t stop telling a particularly hilarious story. It was so hilarious that Charlize couldn’t, well, hold in her laughter.
