Dr. Pimple Popper Making Wild Diva Demands As Show Reaches Second Season
Dr. Pimple Popper is on its second season, and already star Sandra Lee feels like a Hollywood diva!
According to Straight Shuter's sources, the dermatologist-turned-reality-star is more than accustomed to her new-found fame.
"The show is a huge hit and caught everyone by surprise. No one anticipated it would take off this fast and now the Doctor has made it clear that she expects to be treated like she star that she is," insiders said.
In his podcast "Straight Shuter: Naughty But Nice," Rob Shuter explained that Lee, 48, has become increasingly demanding ever since her series became a hit on TLC.
"It always happens when a show is super successful. It happened with Kate Gosselin and it happened with Mama June. They go from flying coach to demanding first class," added the sources.

Before getting noticed by the network, Lee gained recognition by uploading YouTube videos and posting Instagram snaps of graphic skin extractions. Now, her series, Dr. Pimple Popper, is on the sixth episode of its second season.
"They go from being fine staying at any hotel they are put in, to wanting a fancy place, so no-one should be shocked that it's happened to Dr. Pimple Popper. Next the expensive hair and makeup demands will start. But she should enjoy it right now, because the fame and power never lasts as long as they think it will," the insiders told Straight Shuter.
