Farrah Abraham Charged With Battery & Resisting An Officer, Facing Jail Time
Things aren't looking good for Farrah Abraham.
A spokesman for the LA County District Attorney’s Office told RadarOnline.com exclusively, “Abraham has been charged with one misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of resisting, delaying of obstructing a peace officer.” If convicted, the former MTV star could be sentenced to a maximum of 18 months in jail. Her arraignment has been scheduled for August 13th.
However, Farrah claims she has not been charged. She spoke to RadarOnline.com exclusively saying, "The court date is August 13th. Legally I'm not guilty and I'm charged with nothing. Stop the lies!"
Her PR rep told the site, "She has a lawyer. She has a legal team. It’s going to be fought!”
Back in June she was arrested at Beverly Hills hotel after she allegedly got into an argument. According to reports, she struck a male employee after the exchange escalated and an on-looker called the police.
